John Vassiliades

John Vassiliades began his career in the coin laundry business over 35 years ago. In that time he has been successful in every aspect of the industry. John has owned multiple stores throughout Chicagoland and on the other side of the business he has been both an equipment distributor and manufacturer's representative. John is a licensed real estate broker responsible for brokering over 450 coin laundries.

Most recently John has served as the Executive Director of the Coin Laundry Association (CLA) and CLA's Insurance Program, which he helped found out of the need to provide reasonable insurance rates to the under served coin laundry business community. Before John became involved in CLA management he was a longstanding volunteer member of the Board of Directors and was elected the Board Chairman in 1990 and 1991. He has been presented numerous awards for his volunteerism and contributions to the industry. It is difficult to find a person who has more experience and understanding of the Coin Laundry Industry that John.

During his tenure at CLA, John shared his broad knowledge with the entire coin laundry community. With the opening of WashPro USA, he has focused his specialized coin laundry business consulting services to one business owner and new investor at a time. With years of experience as a coin laundry owner, John can provide owners with information that will enable them to increase profits, evaluate a store before purchase, layout and design a store and find the proper equipment mix. John is also experienced in new store construction, remodeling, upgrades and repairs.

John is recognized by his peers as an industry leader. He teamed up with Robert to create WashPro USA, the first company to offer customers a full range of business services specific to the coin laundry industry. With WashPro USA, John better serves the needs of the coin laundry community, his many friends and customers.
